It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the Fifteenth Iranian Conference on Optics and Photonics which will be held at the University of Isfahan in January 27-29 2009. This conference is organized in cooperation with Optics and Photonics Society of Iran. This year for the first time, the First Photonics Engineering Conference, with separate scientific evaluation committee, will be held in parallel sessions with the ICOP.
